1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sbet5 ("sbet5," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at sbet5.cam. These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior versions. Players who registered before this date are also bound by these updated Terms upon continued use of the sbet5 platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use sbet5. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. sbet5 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any balance will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of sbet5 is lawful in your jurisdiction. sbet5 reserves the right to restrict access from territories where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

Each individual may only maintain one active sbet5 account. Operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances or winnings in such accounts may be voided.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sbet5 registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine address, mobile number, and email address. Before your first withdrawal, sbet5 will require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, passport, or voter's ID), alongside a clear selfie photograph. Additional documentation may be requested for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sbet5 login credentials, including your username and password. sbet5 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure. You agree to notify sbet5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all transactions, bets, and activity conducted through your sbet5 account, regardless of whether you personally authorized each action. sbet5 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

sbet5 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any account balances, bonuses, or loyalty points to any third party. Any such attempted transfer renders the account subject to immediate closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

sbet5 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount at sbet5 is ₱100.00 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and per day, subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and sbet5's internal risk controls.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds using a third party's GCash account, bank account, or e-wallet is strictly prohibited. Any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be confiscated pending investigation, and the account may be suspended.

sbet5 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. sbet5 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance subject to the completion of KYC verification (Section 2.5), the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the absence of any outstanding investigation or account restriction. sbet5 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limitations of each payment provider. sbet5 supports withdrawals to GCash, Maya / PayMaya, and major Philippine banks via InstaPay and PesoNet. Withdrawal requests to methods other than those used for deposit may require additional verification.

sbet5 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours
• InstaPay (bank transfers): 15 minutes to 1 hour, available 24/7
• PesoNet (bank transfers): Same banking day for requests received before 3:00 PM on banking days

During periods of high volume, system maintenance, or as required for compliance purposes, processing times may be extended. sbet5 will communicate any material delays to affected players.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily or monthly withdrawal limits apply per account tier and payment method. VIP players may be subject to elevated limits. Details are available in the account withdrawal section after sbet5 Login.

sbet5 is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Withdrawals exceeding prescribed thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence, including source-of-funds documentation. sbet5 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sbet5 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. Where specific bonus terms exist, they take precedence over these general Terms for that promotion only.

Bonus funds credited to your sbet5 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of offer. Wagering is calculated based on real-money bets and bonus bets combined, unless otherwise specified. Some games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements.

sbet5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.

Bonus funds and free spin credits that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account without compensation. sbet5 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sbet5 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Operating more than one sbet5 account
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without authorization
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the sbet5 platform in an automated manner
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the sbet5 platform
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker to gain an unfair advantage
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any sbet5 software
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sbet5 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources

sbet5 reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and withhold or confiscate account balances where prohibited conduct is established. Disputed decisions may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. sbet5 shall cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies in relation to any criminal activity conducted through the platform.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on the sbet5 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules displayed within the game take precedence.

All non-live games on the sbet5 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming test laboratories. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, unbiased, and cannot be manipulated by sbet5 or any third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the sbet5 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, imagery, audio, and video materials, is owned by or licensed to sbet5 and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

sbet5 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sbet5 content without prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sbet5 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

sbet5 does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. sbet5 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

sbet5 integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and analytics tools. sbet5 is not responsible for the conduct, availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services beyond our direct operational control. 12. Privacy & Data Protection

sbet5 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering a sbet5 account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

sbet5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, unless legal or regulatory requirements necessitate immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the sbet5 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using sbet5 and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through sbet5's internal customer support process, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official government dispute resolution channels for online gambling licensees.
